Consultant (m/w/d) for IT Operations Management

About the Role
Consult and deliver high-end IT operations solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers. Your focus includes Monitoring & Observability, Secure Managed File Transfer, and IT Security with a strong hands-on delivery mindset and strategic advisory contribution.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical consulting across Monitoring & Observability, MFT, and IT Security
- Implement and migrate customer environments with partner solutions such as SolarWinds, Tenable, Progress MOVEit, N-able, and LogZilla
- Provide support services that ensure stable and secure operations
- Run technical webcasts, workshops, and enablement sessions for customer teams
- Support presales by evaluating requirements and shaping future-proof solution concepts
Requirements
- Experience in network technology, IT infrastructure, and security concepts
- Hands-on know-how in configuration and operation of servers and network components
- Ability to evaluate technical requirements for feasibility, cost-benefit, and architectural fit
- Customer-oriented communication style with analytical and quality-focused execution
- Business-fluent German and very good English
